Halloween fun

Last week, Kim and I, took our girls to Thanksgiving Point for the Barnyard Boo. They loved it! There were all kinds of crafts to do and animals and horse rides.
Here is Add riding her first horse! She was nervous at first but with Emma's help by example, Addie saddled up! She kept saying "Bumpy... Whoa... whoa!!" She needed me to hold her hand the whole time which I didn't mind. I was nervous she wouldn't hold on so I was happy she wanted me to stay close by. She had so much fun she wanted to do it one more time before we left.

The face painting was cute. Addie didn't mind holding still so she could get a pretty flower. It was a great Halloween activity!

my little Pumkin'

Addie is proud of this pumpkin. She helped daddy grow it in the garden just for her. She helped him water it all summer long. She was happy to go out the other day and pick it! She keeps showing me that it's HER pumpkin. haha.. what a sweetie

Gardner Village

Kim and I took our girls to Gardner Village last week because of all the cute witches set up. Addie didn't like the witches at all. She was pretty freaked out and wouldn't stand by one for a pic. But her and Emma had a great time anyway. It was so cute watching how they held hands everywhere. These girls are inseperable!! We love you Emma girl!

The last day of our cruise we stopped at a private island owned by Norwegian called Stirrup Cay. That was a mellow day. We just layed out on the beach, ate lunch and relaxed. The boys played in a volleyball tournament and WON!

Nassau, Bahama

When we stopped at Nassau (pronounced Nas-saw) we decided to go to this awesome water park, resort place called Atlantis. We went there last year and loved it! It is world famous and celebrities go there a lot I guess. When we first got there it was pouring! But we didn't care. We were going to get wet anyway right? So we run out in the rain and go on all the water slides, lazy river, ect. The water was really warm so it was quite enjoyable. Rain let up pretty quickly and the sun came out. As you can see, the resort is HUGE! Such an amazing place! I could go there again and again!

Pretty sweet set up this house has on the island, eh?

First stop: Grand Bahama Island

So we just got back from a 4-Night Cruise to some of the Bahama Islands. We went with 7 other couples and had a great time!

A group of us rented scooters for the day at the first port. Those things sure go fast! We toured all around the island and found this AWESOME beach! Crystal clear water, warm breeze, palm trees.. the works I tell you. True paradise.

My baby is 2 yrs old!

For Addie's birthday we had both of our families over for pizza and to spend time with us. It was so much fun to have most of our family there to share in this special day with us. We got her his little power wheels.. she loves it! It goes so slow but she thinks it's the greatest thing.

Singing "Happy Birthday" and this year she blew out the candle all on her own. It was SO different from last year. This year she wasn't scared of her cake and actually opened her presents on her own and was really happy and excited about the whole thing. She changed so much this year!

Here is the birthday girl waiting patiently for everyone to get situated so she could start opening her gifts! :) That's one happy girl! Mommy loves you, beautiful Addie!
