Chesse ball Addison

I bought a rug to go in Addie's playroom the other day and I put it out while she was napping. When she woke up she ran into the room and layed right on it and kept talking her gibberish really fast! Ha I was laughing. She smelled it and sat on it and rolled on it... like she has breaking it in or something! She was so excited about something new!

MTC

My little brother Scott left for the MTC today! He leaves for California in 2 weeks. This was a great day and very touching as well. We are all so proud of Scott and the great young man he as become. I look up to him a lot and we will all miss him. He is really sportin' that missionary look! It looks great on him!

Addie visits with the Great-Grandparents

This weekend was my brothers mission farewell so we had quite a bit of family come from out of town for it. We had a great time hanging out with the extended family. It was fun to see Addie's reaction to the Great-Grandparents since they live in Arizona and she hasn't seen them in at least 9 months! She was so cute with them.. luckily she didn't scream! Grandma Williams taught Addie some fun new finger plays and she loved to follow along.. Grandpa Williams made all kinds of silly sounds and that got Addie laughing. And Grandma Flick was sweet and silly as can be. I love the pic in the bottom right. Ha Addie wouldn't take her eyes off her! We will miss them!

Here is a collage of a few things going on the last few weeks. I had my 25th Birthday on Monday.. I don't know what is up with my face! I was so happy because it was a beautiful day! Addie is LOVING bubbles! I bought the massive size of bubbles and we are going through it fast already. Bring on spring.. it's about time!

Easter Egg Hunt

Before the hunt began..

It was Addie's first chance at the city Easter Egg Hunt this year.... it didn't go so well. She got sick the night before and was pretty out of it and wondering why we were making her stand out in the cold. Yes it rained on us for a half hour.. luckily not pouring but we were getting wet. When the bell rang it caught us off guard and we grabbed Addie and ran in. She had no idea what to do. She kept watching the kids and parents running all around her. Josh tried to get her to pick up something but she just stood like a statue.hah. A bit overwhelming for her I think. Next year should turn out better!

BUBBLES

I know I am a total slacker... I haven't given Addie a real bubble bath until today! She begs for me to blow bubbles for her outside everyday and it was cold today. So I brought the bubbles inside! The first few seconds she hated it! The bubbles stuck to her hands and she couldn't shake them off. It was really funny to see how mad that made her. But I reassured her it was fun and after that she LOVED it. As you can see, she wouldn't stop saying "bubble". That is my favorite word to hear her say right now.. besides mom I guess! She was so sad to get out of the bubble fun... I guess we'll be doing it much more often now...

P.S. Those pink things in her ears are ear plugs. She has to wear whenever she is in water because she had tubes put in.
