I'm doing it....

My little smiler!

I recently took Addie to Target to get her 18 month old pictures. They are super cheap there and I was happy with the pictures. I LOVE how she posed with her hands under her chin. She looks too big to be my little Addie. P.S. These are the first profressional pictures were her hair has been long enough for pigtails!! Hurray!

Ah.. the Opera!

So Josh, Addie, and I went to St. George with a bunch of Josh's family. We stayed at his grandparents condo. Then on Friday night just us girls drove to Las Vegas for some shopping, dinner, and to see Phantom of the Opera! It was such a fun night! The show was amazing! The music, and stage affects, and voices.... oh I loved it! Thanks for the great night Jami, Jessica, Granny, Julie, Ashley, and Jina!

We are loving the sunshine! I loved letting Addie run barefoot and wear summer clothes. Beautiful weather in St. George. Addie loves to have us sing songs and she follows along with the actions. Here she is doing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" with Daddy. Also Jessica is back from Equador after being there for almost 3 mths. Addie was happy to see her again. She loved playing with her Grandma Johnson and all the family over the weekend. It was a great time.

18 months old...

Addie LOVES puzzles now! We will go somewhere and the first thing she does when we get home is run right to where she left her puzzles and continue to play! I love to watch how excited she gets when I pull a different one out for her.

She still loves to help me clean.. and pretty much "help" me do everything! Her favorite are to clean the mirror, toliet, sweep and mop floor, and take a baby wipe to everything. She is very helpful and cleans up her toys so willingly. Man I sure hope this characterist sticks around for a long time. She even hepls me brush my teeth, do my hair, get dressed, and eat my food. I guess she wants to play mommy!

She is still obsessed with babies (real or dollies) and puppies. She loves to learn what sounds animals make. She knows doggy, kitty, horse, lion, cow, and working on sheep. She says their sounds with such enthusiam. It cracks me up. The horse is my personal favorite. " Neeeeehhhhhhhh"

She changes and learns so fast! I can hardly keep up.

Ah..park days!

This summer is going to be so much fun! This is a preview of it with Add at the park the other day. It is one of her favorite things this year. Now that she can go on the slide by herself and run wild she loves it! Bring on the Spring weather!

My Gym

Last month I signed Addie up for a toddler gym class. She goes a few times a week and totally LOVES it! They have so many fun things for her to do. Her favorites are puppet time, the ball pit, slides and the stairs. It is so fun to watch her fun around the room and see where her curiosity takes her. She loves to be around kids her own age. They also have a swing zip-line and dance around. It is a nice thing to be able to do when it's still so cold outside and we get bored.
