Well he really did it! Josh is part owner of Exit Realty Elite, West Jordan Branch. This is something he has always wanted to do. We got the opportunity sooner then expected, and couldn't pass it up. Josh and 2 friends became owners at the start of this year. They have been very busy getting all the "kinks" worked out. Josh is so excited for the new changes they will bring to the office. They have started doing trainings for the agents and getting them motivated about real estate. He really enjoys his job, he has the perfect personality for it. We are so proud of him!!
