Mexico Cruise

Last week Josh and I went on a Mexican cruise with 12 other couples. Our first stop was Puerto Vallarta were we went on a zip line threw the jungle. It was so cool and so pretty to drive deeper and deeper into the jungle. Next place we stopped was Mazatlan. Here we went horseback riding on the beach,which was really funny. All of our horses were doing their own thing and we couldn't control them. They keep trotting and it was hurting our butts. We all just laughed as we went for the crazy ride! Then we went to Cabo San Lucas. Josh went snorkeling and saw cool stuff he says. But it was too windy to get in the water for me. This cruise was quite different then other ones because it was very windy the whole time and was chilly for most of it. I only got about 3 hours of laying out in the sun total for the week! And that is my favorite part of cruises! But we still had a great time with our friends and laughed a lot. We missed little Addie though. But she was home having a great time with Nana and Grandma! Thanks again ladies! You are the best! (I put up a LOT more pics on facebook so check those out too)

Aquarium

Last weekend, Josh and I took Addie to the aquarium for the first time. She really liked it! It was cute how they have little places for the kids to stand so they can get close to the glass. It was so interesting to watch all the animals and fish moving around. Add stared for a long time at each spot. This octopus was really cool. Addie says it "ocopus". She was really excited to see the "real" Nemo! What a great winter activity.

Well, Addie sure has lots of space for her permanent teeth to grow in. But until then guess she'll be a sweet little gap tooth girl. :) I LOVE my little muffin!!

What did you say?

Last week Addie was playing with her barbies. She had Ken and Barbie talking to eachother and this is how it went:

Ken: "Look at you. You beautiful."

Barbie: "Oh thank you. You sexy."

And yesterday we were shopping and she made me laugh again:

Me: " Addie, let's go look for some pretty dresses for me now."

Addie: "Yeah and Daddy too."

Me: " No silly. Daddy doesn't wear dresses."

Addie: "Yes!! Daddy wear dresses in playroom! Dancing!"

Geese what do I know? Daddy DOES wear dresses when he plays dress up and dances with Princess Addie! She sure told me!

Driving down Bangeder Highway:

Me: "Look Addie! There is the temple."

Addie: "Oh hi pretty castle!"

I have been looking forward to her saying funny things for so long. I have always thought it is the cutest thing when little kids can be so blunt and say anything because they are so innocent. This is just the beginning! :)

New Years'

The notorious BEST FRIENDS again! For New Years' Eve we went to the Morton's and had a slamming party. The kids had so much fun running around together until LATE!

By the end of the night the poor, tired kidos were exhausted. They played so hard and for hours. Here they are enjoying a relaxing movie.

Add loves this new apron and matching accessories she got for Christmas from Parker. She now has all she needs to cook up a fabulous meal!

We loved our Chirstmas morning!

Christmas is just getting to be more fun every year with Addie! She was so funny unwrapping her gifts. She took forever to open them and had to move the pile of paper out of her way and put it away before moving on to the next gift.. OCD with cleaning. We got to visit with lots of family and also got to talk to my little brother that is on a mission! We have SO much to be thankful for this holiday season and always!

Addie got a TON of princess dress up stuff and was excited to start playing with it right away. Big burly, Uncle Rob was the closest so looks like he's up for the fun!

Last weekend we took Addie bowling for the first time. We went with our good friends the Taylor's and little Emma showed Add the "ropes" of bowling. It was the CUTEST thing to watch them play and cheer for each other. (and for all of us) When it was my turn all I could hear was Add yelling, " GO mommy Go!" It was so funny and it really put the pressure on! I didn't want to disappoint my fans! It turned out to be a great friends and family night. Can't wait to go again! (oh and aren't those little bowling shoes the cutest!!?)

Oh how we are LOVING the Christmas season!

Add's first gingerbread house, or "candy house" as she calls it! She ate most of candy, I'm surprised there was still enough to decorate the house with!

First time visiting Santa! I totally thought she wouldn't go for it. But as you can see we didn't have to force her to sit on his lap. She told him she wanted "barbies and babies" for Christmas. So no screaming pictures with santa this year. :)

Whenever we ask Addie what Daddy is, Uncle Jonny taught her to say "Cheap, Cheap, Cheap"... haha. And its so true too! (too bad the video is so dark, but I think it's funny anyway.)

All ready for nursery....
