Mother's Day.
I am one lucky mama to have my sweet Addie Rae in my life every day. And a new bundle on the way! I couldn't ask for more!
Here is the baby bump at 23 weeks.
I have been feeling SO good!! The sickness has been gone for over a month and I couldn't be happier. I have more energy again and have been busy getting the new babies room painted and put together. I moved Addie into the playroom and she got a new bed and dresser. She loves to have a new room, and doesn't mind sharing her old one with the baby. Even though, she has asked me several times if the baby could please just be in her room. She tells me that I won't even have to wake up with baby when he crys at night. Because she will sing him a song and he'll be happy. How sweet is that!? Also I have changed around the playroom in the basement too. (I will post pics when they are all completed.)
I have been quite busy and I've LOVED feeling
well enough to do it!
I have been feeling lots of movement from my sweet baby boy. I am so excited to see what he looks like. It's been fun stocking his closet and drawers with the mini clothes. Addie has been SO excited watching me pull out the baby bassinet, rocking chair, bottles, and other baby supplies. She thinks its so cute that I used to use all of it with her. She has been playing babies even more now, if that's possible. She loves being able to use a "real" bassent, and changing table ect. She rubs my tummy all the time and talks to the baby. Too bad neither Josh or Add can feel him move yet. I guess I get to hog him all to myself for a bit longer. :)
I am so grateful to finally be pregnant! I think back to last year around this time and we were getting ready to start our first IVF cycle. How far we have come. How completly thankful I am to be at this point. I am so blessed and I know that. I just can't wait until this little peanut gets here!!!!

Your are sooo adorable with your little belly bump! Can't wait to see it in person next week. Addie is going to be an awesome big sis. Just wait till she starts stealing all the baby stuff and wanting to act like one again. Ava wants Mya's baby food and likes to suck on her binkie sometimes, crazy child.

I love the shower cap! Addie cracks me up sometimes. She is so much fun. I'll have to come to your house sometime this summer to see all the room changes. I agree with Trish, you look so cute with your baby bump.

It is SO sweet to read about how sweet Addie is being about the new baby. Reminds me A LOT of how much you loved babies when you were little and shared a room with whatever baby we had in the family (Scott, and later Candace). This little peanut is such a gift for your family, and I'm soooo happy that you get to feel healthy and enjoy every minute of it now :) Can't wait to see the new pics!
