Oh my heck! I have the BEST announcement! I AM PREGNANT!!! I was so shocked! We did it without any fertiliy meds or IVF! I got pregnant about 2 months after our last IVF cycle and right after we were accepted to the adoption agency. Ha so ironic I know. (we are keeping our papers in... who know's right? Bring on the babies!)
So I was a few days late, and just decided to use one of my extra pregancy tests. I have taken lots this year and each time have been SO hopeful! But was always disappointed. This time I wasn't hopeful.. I was just curious why I was late. I totally thought it would be negative like all the rest. I wait the few min then check back on the test.
A DOUBLE LINE!! I was freaking out!
I sat on the floor and cried and laughed and cried! I couldn't stop staring at the test! Could it really be true? I was pregnant? I was in shock. I just did not believe it. I was scared to get excited about it. So I went and got a blood test the next day and they confirmed it! AWWWW!
I am so so blessed! Another miracle child for us! We are beyond grateful. I am so happy to be pregnant! I thought it was out of the cards for me and I was fine with adopting. I just wanted our family to grow. And now here I get the chance to be pregnant and take care of this child from the first day! I feel so lucky to be able to take my prenatals and eat healthy and take care of my body and my baby. With adoption I would not be able to have control over any of that. So another blessing that I am so grateful for.
I have been feeling very sick for over a week so far, off and on. But it's a good sick, right? It is so so worth it and I am so thrilled to be a mommy again!
Addie is so, so excited to be a BIG SISTER! She knows just what this shirt means and couldn't be happier. It surprises me how well she understands whats going on. She talks about the baby growing in my tummy everyday. She is waiting patiently for the baby to grow bigger and bigger. She already picked out a name for it. Roses. aw isn't that cute? She will be the best sister ever to this little angel in my tummy!
I just went to doctor today and got to see the miracle peanut. Here it is, 7 1/2 weeks along. Strong heartbeat and everything looks fantastic!

OH my heart is so full of excitement for you guys. I even shed a few tears reading your post! I am OH SO happy for you. Gosh that is such wonderful news! It's amazing how blessings are sent to us and how Heavenly Father knows us best. This ended my night on a really good note now I will sleep great! Cant wait to hear more about your pregnancy as that little baby grows! Congrats!!!!

Addie is going to be an AWESOME Big Sister!!!! I'm soooo dang excited for you guys, it's such an amazing miracle after so many trials. Hope you don't get too sick, I'm sure Addie will help take care of you though. I totally had this feeling like a week ago that you were going to get pregnant and then I find out you are, so cool. Love you!!!
